Ian is quite simply the most incredible coach I have had the pleasure of working with throughout my career. With Ian, knowledge is power – he teaches his clients the ‘how’ and ‘why’ to better understand their bodies and maximise performance goals. With expertise spanning multiple disciplines, Ian applies this to his programming, allowing variety but also targeted results regardless of the athletes level of fitness. When I started to get back into shape, I attended one of Ian’s morning workout classes and I was instantly impressed with his attention to technique in the lifts during the workout. He stressed quality over quantity within your limits, but also pushed you to do your best. I also joined his 6 week nutrition program and saw impressive results by following his guidelines. Ian was very motivational during the program where he created a group for all participants and encouraged accountability though daily posts. I then signed up for his mobility courses which helped me to achieve higher levels of flexibility in such a short time. Lastly, I had a sports injury to my knee and Ian had started a course for injured athletes to regain their strength and mobility. I immediately started attending, knowing his methods would greatly enhance my recovery. Thanks Ian!
